For the past 20 years, Ted has been engaged in environmental and conservation issues in Missouri. He previously worked for the Missouri Coalition for the Environment, Ozark Land Trust, and Washington University School of Law (Interdisciplinary Environmental Clinic).
Ted has been involved in numerous conservation easement and nature preserve projects, drafting and negotiating documents on behalf of both organizations and landowners. He has also prepared numerous baseline documentation reports and easement monitoring reports.
Ted has also litigated environmental and land use cases against federal, state, and local agencies under the Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and land use laws.
